1. Return Policy
1.1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product is damaged during delivery
The item received is incorrect or not as described
To be eligible, you must:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Return the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and invoices
1.2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built or specially ordered scales
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
Items returned after the 7-day return window
1.3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team with your invoice number and reason for return
Our team will guide you through the return shipping process or arrange a pickup (if applicable)
Upon inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued, based on eligibility
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.
2. Service & Repair Policy
2.1. Warranty Repairs
Products under warranty are eligible for free repairs or part replacements as per the warranty terms mentioned at the time of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
2.2. Out-of-Warranty Service
For products outside the warranty period:
Service is chargeable based on the nature of the fault
An estimate will be provided before repair work begins
Spare parts used will be billed separately

If required, bring or ship the product to our service center
For onsite service (within eligible areas), appointments can be scheduled in advance

Ensure proper use and regular calibration of the scale to avoid unnecessary issues
Avoid tampering, overloading, or exposing the scale to unsuitable conditions (e.g., moisture, dust, extreme temperatures)
Unauthorized repair or third-party servicing voids any existing warranty
